Not many people can say they have achieved in a lifetime what Gary Barlow has done in 2012. He was the main man behind the Queen's jubilee concert, he was honored with an OBE and he will be the first to be presented with the world's first ever honorary Olympic title.
In 2007 Take That saw an unprecedented comeback. Gary Barlow and the boys were to take the world by storm and their popularity seem to grow and grow as the years go by. They were liked as a 'boys-band' but they are LOVED as a 'mans-band'. Apart from the obvious talent that is Gary Barlow, he is also an exceptionally nice bloke. It is easy to see how he has become so popular as the amount of success he has had has not effected him in any way and he treats everyone with the same respect and friendliness.
And for you celebrities out there who hoped that there may be some award, honor or event you could heavily engage in, then I'm sorry to say that Gary has got it all this year. Maybe try again next year.
